Title: Hamps Camaro
Post by Hamp on 02/01/07 at 18:20:47
Hey Chris,

Well, since I am having trouble posting pics, we'll try it this way. I am including a link below so that anyone who is interested can see some pics of my Camaro project. There are some of the outside, the engine with the Predator carb on top, and some interior shots of the floor going in as this is going up. If this link doesn't work let me know and I will try something different. You may even have to type it in if it doesn't highlight. Hope you enjoy.

I am hoping to get there next week on Friday night for a T N T. I have to get an updated harness ( I discovered that mine were out by a little over a year) and a new button for the line lock. I fried the one that came with the kit when there were no instructions on which wire was which. Other than that it is finish tying up the wires and give it a bath.

I will be sure to give everyone an update when I get home. Oh, before I forget, if anyone wants to know where I got the spoiler with the struts, its from Ed Quay. You should be able to find them still on the net. They have spoilers for just about everything it looked like.

Even ones for those Ford guys. ::)

The quality in the picture of the spolier looks excellent!

Those make good looking fat tire cars I better its alot easier to work on when to get all the factory junk out of the way. Gara has a iroc and I hate working on it. Its a pain to get to anything on it.

I will tell you what, everything on that spoiler was an extremely easy bolt together. It went together in a snap. It is rigid also, even without the struts on it. As for it being easy to work on, even without all of the factory junk cluttering everything up, it is still a tight squeeze in a lot of the areas. My hands and arms are pretty scratched up from working on it most of the time.

The new motor went in today. This is just after I set it in and started hooking it all back up.
