Whats the times before you would need a roll cage, DS safety loop, ect. Im not familier with IHRA rules and 1/8th mile tracks.I looked on their website but it isnt updated. Are the tech inspectors pretty layed back there?

They are pretty laid back. Your car looks like a regular street car so they probably won't tech it very close. It seems like they just use the nhra rules on bars and safety loops. Unless you run slicks they don't seem to care. At least from what I have seen.

Oh ok. I run ET streets. Its a DOT tire. I was just wondering about the roll bars because I may come close to that mark :o

pretty sure you are going to need a helmet (which ive got to find one also),  is the guy in the civic goin??, and that dude in the acura is supposed to go.... should be lots of fun

Oh Ive got a helmet. And yea the guy in the civic is going but I dont think he is going to take his car. Probably just going to ride with me.
