I am pretty sure "The Auto Shop" in wichita falls has a chassis and an engine dyno.

They are very nice guys, a lot of us around here use them when we need stuff machined.

Steven Smith has an engine dyno in atlanta texas. The name of his company is smithtex. His website is www.smithtex.com.
